How would a Goldendoodle puppies and dogs do in snowy conditions that are very cold? We recently went to a remote part of Idaho, only accessible by snowmobile in the winter. We were visiting some special friends of ours, that have adapted to the harsh cold of -20 degrees. Our question was, "How much does the cold affect dogs of different breeds?" And, "What would a goldendoodle do?" Well, we found that the dogs are very happy. The closest match was an Border Collie. He was very content in the snow, and both dogs preferred to be outside. Snow balls attached to fur are a slight problem, but nothing to fear. We found overall, that the dogs were healthier and didn't need much to live comfortably. See our vlog here:
